Kristina Milivojčević, an economist, a native of Ljig (Serbia), a girl of enchanting and glamorous beauty, realized her dreams in Chicago. Following her intuition, knowledge, talent and her great love from the early youth for cooking, while building her recognizable style, she became one of the most sought-after cooks in Chicago and America. How much work experience do you have in the kitchen so far?

I have been a professional in this business for over seven years. I finished high school, so I studied economics, which does not coincide with the kitchen, but my love for the kitchen is something that is a gift from God because it was much stronger than anything. Since primery school, I had a notebook in which I wrote recipes, I watched educational clips related to food. It didn't happen that a day passed without me being inspired by some new idea or growing a new recipe.

Would you like to work with some popular world chef or maybe prepare a dish together?

I wouldn't go with any of them because I really don't have role models, I think that I am the creator of my own success, whether it is related to the kitchen or the economy.

These days, you have completed the partnership and cooperation with the restaurant “Moscow”, where you have worked since the opening. It is no secret that you have contributed a lot to the development of the restaurant, delighted guests with your specialties, ideas, hospitality, created a new brand. Is there a specific dish that was directly related to your name and which is your original recipe?

Collaboration in business can pursue different goals for each of its participants but at the same time assigns a level of responsibility. I am proud and extra proud to have been a part of “Moscow” and I really wish them all the best in their future business. Yes, something that is very interesting and characteristic about my name is “Kiki pancake” or “Kiki Sweet Crepe” (signature dish) made quite by accident and made a big boom for me and the restaurant.

You have a lot of work and successful experience, have you thought about opening a restaurant or is the partnership more suitable for you?

The goal is not something to strive for, because the whole life should be declared a goal. For now, I am planning a slightly longer vacation, and then I will definitely start with new victories.

When you approach work, it is known that you bring with you refined taste, great culinary skills of the head chef, good organization, where do you draw energy from and give your best?

To be successful, you need to love your job, believe in what you do, and do it the best you can. This is the only way to achieve great results and it will surely make you special. My approach to work is dedicated, professional, expert and original.

You are a book lover; single out some that left a special impression on you?

“The Little Prince” is a book that needs to be read many times in order to better understand life and our existence on the planet. “Signs by the Road” and “Treasure of Emperor Radovan” often give me answers to many life questions.

“Beautiful Kristina” is what you are called in the city of Chicago, do you like it? Many people think that you should have made it to film or modeling. You really wear your beauty in a spiritual way, whoever met you also saw that beautiful inner side. In your opinion, what shapes a woman's beauty?

Beauty is a reflection and a reflection of beauty. (Laughter) Everyone likes to see a beautiful face, I'm glad they see me that way. Probably all the doors are open to beautiful people, but beauty is a double-edged sword.
What I am thinking about now are children, family, something that is very important to me. If I had to choose between children and family and career, I would choose family and children without thinking. I think that is something that everyone should strive for, but unfortunately, young people today dedicate too much time to social networks, companions, pets, going out, vices, let's hope for the best.
Beauty is shaped by kindness, humanity, love, intellect, style, good energy, physical beauty alone is not enough for one woman.
